James H. Howitt, MD 

James H. Howitt, M.D. is board certified by the  American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He conducts research and has published several articles regarding the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.  Dr. Howitt is trained in diseases and surgery of the eye and developed expertise in diabetic eye disease.
